Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based provider of business services. The Company is engaged in the offering of general management consulting services, marketing services and investment advice, as well as consulting services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A's) and corporate equitization. It also provides property real estate management services, develops schools and office buildings, as well as school cleaning services. In addition, the Company is involved in the trading of real estate, school furniture, educational equipment and printing paper. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary and one affiliated company.
