Elcora Advanced Materials Corp, formerly Elcora Resources Corp., is an exploration-stage company, which mines, processes, refines graphite and produces both the graphene and end graphene applications. It is engaged in the acquisition and exploration for minerals, primarily graphite. The Company's graphene production facility is in the Canadian city of Halifax, Nova Scotia to supply premium quality graphene. It intends to become a carbon trader, which mines, processes, refines and produces graphite, graphene and commercial products of the two. The Company has secured, through its joint venture with Sakura Graphite (Pvt) Ltd., the premier graphite mine in Sri Lanka, the Ragedara mine. The Ragedara graphite deposit is located at the North West end of a high purity natural graphite bearing mountain range, which stretches in a north-south direction for approximately eight kilometers bordering the Kurunegala and Mathale District boundary.
