Empresa Agricola San Juan SA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the farming of sugar cane and grapes. It also cultivates such other products as corn and rice. The Company’s variety of grapes includes such types as Flame Seedless, Thompson Seedless, Crimson Seedless and Attiki. The Company’s facilities are located in the Chongoyape valley, region of Lambayeque, which comprise an area of 2,077 hectares under the names of Tabacal, El Almendral and Guayaquil. As of December 31, 2011, Corporacion Perhusa SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 91.49% of its interest.
