Enel Distribucion Peru SAA, formerly Empresa de Distribucion Electrica de Lima Norte SAA (Edelnor), is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the distribution of electric energy. The Company holds concessions for public electricity service in the northern part of Metropolitan Lima, the Constitutional Province of El Callao, as well as the provinces of Huaura, Huaral, Barranca and Oyon, Peru. In addition, it offers energy-related services, such as repair and maintenance of distribution network, sale of electrical equipment, as well as street lamps installation. The Company is a member of Grupo Enel, a group, which comprises a number of controlled entities active in the generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy. The Company is controlled by Inversiones Distrilima SA.
