ENGIE Energia Peru SA, formerly Enersur SA, is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the generation and transmission of electric power through secondary distribution channels. The Company operates thermal and hydroelectric power facilities located in the regions of Lima, Moquegua, Yuncan and Cerro de Pasco. In addition, the Company supplies energy to the Peruvian National Grid (Sistema Electrico Interconectado Nacional - SEIN). The Company holds exploitation agreements with such clients as Southern Peru Copper Corp, Quimapc SA, Universidad de Lima, Empresa Minera Los Quenuales SA and Compania Universal Textil SA, among others. It is a subsidiary of International Power SA.
