Small Cap Danmark A/S is a Denmark-based investment company. The Company is engaged in making specialty investments primarily in the equities of the Nordic small-cap companies. As of March 31, 2012, the Company’s investment portfolio included Investeringsforeningen SmallCap Danmark (19.3%), an investment fund; Egetaepper A/S (19%), a carpet, tiles and rugs producer; BoConcept Holding (13.3%), a furniture and lifestyle products retailer; Rias A/S (6.6%), a semi-manufactured plastic products distributor, and DLH A/S (4.7%), a hardwood and wooden boards wholesaler, as well as other companies. Additionally, the Company operates a listed fund, Investeringsforeningen SmallCap Danmark. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, namely Portefoeljeselskab A/S. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s largest shareholders were 1/2 af 1972 A/S (21.1%), Harald Simonsens Ejendomskontor (10.1%) and Loenmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond (5.2%).
