Everland Group JSC, formerly Everland Investment JSC, is a Vietnam-based company primarily engaged in the real estate operations. The Company's activities are divided into three segments. In the Investment segment, it invests in several tourism and resort projects, together with urban area and luxury residential projects. Moreover, the Company also invests in community healthcare, high tech agricultural and sea port projects. In the Tourism segment, it is involved in the offering of all-in-one tourism services. Finally, in the Construction segment, the Company is engaged in the construction of airports, office and commercial buildings, hotels, new urban areas, among others.
