The Company’s services include usability research and design, media planning, managed hosting, search engine marketing, electronic commerce (e-commerce) systems, performance marketing and loyalty programs, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was a parent entity of capital group, consisting of four subsidiaries, including ACR SA, K2 Web Systems Sp. z o.o., K2 Search Sp. z o.o. and Good Sp. z o.o., as well as five affiliated companies.
