The Company operates through the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral projects segment. The Company's project, the Tom Jason zinc-lead-silver property, is located in Yukon. The property is in the MacMillan Pass area of the Yukon Territory, and is located approximately 400 kilometers northeast of Whitehorse, the capital city of Yukon Territory and 200 kilometers northeast of the community of Ross River. The Tom property/mining lease consists of approximately 140 claims, covering approximately 2300 Hectares (Ha). The Jason property/claim group consists of approximately 280 quartz claims for an area of 3,500 Ha. The Tom and Jason deposits are stratiform, sediment-hosted, exhalative (SEDEX) zinc (Zn)-lead (Pb)-silver (Ag)-barium (Ba) deposits.
