Firma Oponiarska Debica SA is a Poland-based producer, wholesale and retail trader of passenger and commercial tires. The Company mainly targets the markets of whole-steel heavy truck tires, as well as tires for all-terrain vehicles, off-road tires, agricultural machinery and equipment tires. The Company exports its products to more than 60 countries, mostly to Germany, Slovenia, Luxembourg, the Russian Federation, Romania, France and Italy, among others under the brand names Debica, Goodyear, Dunlop, Fulda and Sava. As of December 31, 2011, it had one affiliated company, Centrum Utylizacji Opon Organizacja Odzysku SA, engaged in the tires utilization process. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 66.05%-owned by Goodyear SA.
