The Company is engaged in the business of identification, evaluation and acquisition of mineral properties, and petroleum and natural gas properties, as well as exploration of properties in Canada. The Company is involved in the process of earning its interest in the Lucky Mike Project, a mineral property located in south-central British Columbia, near Merritt. The Company has over 20 contiguous mineral claims in the Lucky Mike Project. These claims occupy an area of approximately 4,000 hectares.
