First Punjab Modaraba is a perpetual and multi-dimensional Modaraba. The Company is engaged in the business of Ijarah, Musharikah and Morabaha financing, equity investment and other related businesses in accordance with the injunctions of Islam. It offers products under Islamic Financing Facilities and Punjab Islami Financing Scheme. The products offered under Islamic Financing Facilities are Diminishing Musharikah, Morabaha and Ijara. The Punjab Islami Financing Scheme features include rebate/waiver on regular payment of rentals on due dates; tenor and down payment according to customer's choice; acquiring any new/used locally assembled or imported car; no up-front registration charges (for cars); no up-front Takaful/ insurance premium (for cars); no rentals before delivery of assets, and no pre-payment penalty. In addition, it provides tracker facility for cars. Under Ijarah facility, a client takes on rent property, vehicle or any other real asset belonging to the Modaraba.
