Fonciere Volta SA is a France-based company that specializes in owning and managing diversified real estate assets, such as offices, warehouses, houses, shops and activity parks. It holds a majority stake in numerous companies, including SAS WGS, SCI Charonne, SCI Anatole, SARL J Hoche, SARL Jalmar, SARL Loc Guadeloupe, SCI Acajou, SCI Gourbeyre, SCI Paris 16, SCI Belvedere, SCI Louise Michel and SCI Kleber Cimarosa, among others. As of December 31, 2011, assets managed by the Company were located in Paris, the Paris Region, Israel and the French Overseas Departments, such as Guadeloupe and Martinique.
