Forsys Metals Corp. is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties, either independently, or through joint ventures. The Company has interests in projects located in Namibia, Africa. Its principal focus is on advancing uranium properties, primarily Norasa Uranium Project (Norasa). Norasa is the consolidation of the Valencia and Namibplaas Uranium Projects. Norasa comprises deposits on Mining License, ML149 and at Namibplaas on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) 3638. Namibplaas project (EPL 3638) is located approximately 7.5 kilometers north east of Valencia, and in the Erongo region, approximately 70 kilometers south of the town of Usakos, central Namibia. Ondundu Gold Project EPL 3195 is the Company's non-uranium project. The Company's subsidiaries include Namibian Metals Ltd. (BVI), Dunefield Mining Company (Proprietary) Limited (Namibia), Namibian Westport Ltd. (Ontario) and Omatjete Mining Company (Proprietary) Limited (Namibia).
