Company is a subsidiary of Fortis Hospitals Limited and Fortis Healthcare Limited is the Intermediate Holding Company. Later, the Company changed its name to 'Fortis Malar Hospital Limited' on December 21, 2010. The Hospital building was owned by a fellow subsidiary, Fortis Health Management Limited (FHML) in early 2008.
