France Tourisme Immobilier SA, formerly France Design et Creation SA or Poiray Joaillier SA, is a France-based company that specializes in the manufacture and retail of jewelry, watches, straps and bracelets. The Company’s jewelry collection is based around gemstones and pearls, and its products include watches with interchangeable straps; hearts to be fitted on rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets; and the Symbole ring, which consists of two gold bands that are set around a central, flat axis, revealing an engraved message or a line of diamonds. Poiray Joaillier SA retails its products via its Parisian stores and has a stand in the Galeries Lafayette department store in Paris. In addition to that, the Company has a store located in Tokyo and also retails its products via a network of retailers in Belgium, Ireland, Morocco, Spain, Japan, France and Luxembourg. In April 2014, FIPP SA acquired 50,62% of the Company.
