The Company exchanges goods on barter exchanges, such as the Trade Business Exchange and The Certificate Club for which transactions are tendered using Barter Exchange Dollars (Barter Credits). The Company has the North American distribution rights for GlobalEx Global Chlorine Dioxide water purification tablets, which include the tablets marketed under the trade names, OxyTab, PoolTab, CleanTab, SteriTab and AirTab that have a range of application ranging from drinking water, swimming, industrial sanitation, pest control, as well as various application in the gas and mining industry.
