Gatos Silver, Inc. formerly Sunshine Silver Mining & Refining Corporation, is a precious metals production, development and exploration company with the objective of becoming a silver producer. The Company is focused on the production and continued development of the Cerro Los Gatos Mine and the further exploration and development of the Los Gatos District. The Cerro Los Gatos Mine, is located within the Los Gatos District, Chihuahua, Mexico, and consists of a 2,500 tons per day (tpd) polymetallic mine and processing facility. The Los Gatos District, located in Chihuahua, Mexico, is located approximately 120 kilometers south of Chihuahua City and is comprised of a 103,087-hectare land position, constituting a new mining district.
