The Company's Lazlo Project is located in south-central Saskatchewan, approximately 115 kilometers northwest of Regina and over 140 kilometers southeast of Saskatoon. The Company has signed a total of over 10 lease agreements covering approximately 3,440.71 acres (over 1,390 hectares) of freehold subsurface mineral rights in the vicinity of the town of Craik, Saskatchewan.
