The Company focuses on investing in small to medium sized undervalued or growing companies, with the investment objective of achieving long term capital growth in excess of the Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) All Share Index. The Company may invest in private companies, which are not yet quoted on a stock exchange or, more usually, listed companies where the value is not recognized in the share price.
