Goldcliff Resource Corporation is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of exploration and evaluation assets in the United States and Canada. It is also building an online platform for precious metals production. It has one development property interest located in the State Nevada and over three exploration properties in British Columbia, such as the Pine Grove Project, which is located in Lyon County, Nevada; the Panorama Ridge Project, which is located in the Hedley Gold Camp, Nickel Plate mining district, Osoyoos, Mining Division; the Ainsworth Project, which is located in the Ainsworth-Kaslo silver camp, Kootenay mining district, Slocan Mining Division, and the Tulameen Project, which is located in the Copper Mountain Copper Camp, Princeton mining district, Similkameen Mining Division. The Panorama, Ainsworth and Tulameen Project claims are a contiguous block of over 8,120 hectares (ha's), 9,900 ha's and 26,170 ha's respectively.
