Golden Harp Resources Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of Canadian mineral properties. It is exploring for gold and base metals on its Copper Hill Property in Northern Ontario. The Copper Hill property is located approximately 100 kilometers south of Timmins, between Shining Tree and Gowganda, over 87 kilometers southwest of Kirkland Lake in Northern Ontario, Canada. The Copper Hill Property consists of over 855 contiguous claim units covering approximately 145 square kilometers in the Larder Mining District of the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Company also holds interest in the Copper Hill Main Block claims. The Main Block Property covers over two gold occurrences, including the Golden Sylvia Gold Zone and the North Foley Lake Gold Zone, and represents prospective land packages in the Shining Tree Mining Camp, including approximately 504 claim units in the Company's claim block.
