Gossan Resources Limited (Gossan) is a Canada-based exploration and evaluation-stage company. The Company, directly and through joint ventures, is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring resource properties. The Company's projects include Sharpe Lake Gold Property, which includes approximately 16,590 hectare property; Inwood Magnesium Project, which is located in south-central Manitoba, approximately 80 kilometers north of Winnipeg; Rice Lake Gold Royalties, which holds over two net smelter return royalties in the Rice Lake Gold belt near Bissett, Manitoba; Pipestone Property, which is located in north central Manitoba; Separation Rapids Property, which consists of approximately 240 hectares property located approximately 60 kilometers north of Kenora, Ontario; Sturgeon Lake Property, which is located in northwestern Ontario, and Bird River Project, which covers over 4,500 hectares in approximately three claim blocks along over 20 kilometers of the Bird River Sill Complex.
