Goviex Uranium Inc is a mineral resources and exploration-stage company. The Company is focused on evaluation and development of uranium properties located in Republic of Niger. It operates through exploration of mineral properties in West Africa segment. The asset portfolio of the Company will include over two permitted uranium development projects, including Madaouela project in Niger and Denison's Mutanga project in Zambia. It will also include Denison's Falea project, which is an advanced exploration-stage asset project in Mali, and the exploration-stage Dome project in Namibia. Its primary asset, Madaouela project, is an advanced-stage exploration uranium property located in north central Niger. It has approximately 100% interest in over five mineral tenements, including Madaouela I, II, III, IV and Anou Melle. Its Mutanga project is located approximately 200 kilometers south of Lusaka. Its Falea project is located within the Falea, North Guinea-Senegal Neoproterozoic Basin.
