GR Holding SA, formerly LP Holding SA, is a Peru-based holding company primarily engaged in the management of an investment portfolio composed of its subsidiaries’ shares. Through its 97.81%-owned subsidiary LP Valores SA, the Company’s is involved in the maintenance of investment holdings. The Company holds a 50% stake in Los Portales SA, a real estate entity active in the purchase, promotion and sale of residential and commercial properties, such as hotels and parking areas, among others. The Company also owns a 41.41% stake in Compania Minera Caudalosa SA, a mining company active in the exploitation and sale of lead, zinc and copper concentrates. As of December 31, 2011, Santa Aurelia SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 84.81% of its interest. On December 1, 2012, the Company merged with its subsidiary LP Valores SA.
