GR Silver Mining Ltd., formerly Goldplay Exploration Ltd., is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company’s projects include Rosario gold-silver project, La Trinidad, Plomosas project, San Marcial project, El Habal project, Yauco project, Villa Union project, and El Placer II project. The Rosario gold-silver project is in Rosario town. The La Trinidad located approximately 110 kilometer (km) southeast of the city of Mazatlan and 42 km southeast of the town of Rosario. The Plomosas project is located approximately five kilometers of San Marcial Project in the Rosario Mining District, Mexico. The San Marcial project is a silver, lead and zinc open pit amenable project. The El Habal project is located 75 kilometers east of the coastal port of Mazatlan. The Yauco project lies on the western fringe of a mining district named Vanilla. The Villa Union project is located 12km north of the Rosario mine. The El Placer II is located in the Concordia Mining District.
