Green Arrow Resources Inc. is a junior mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and, if warranted, developing mineral prospects. The Company has entered into a property option agreement with Eagle Plains, whereby the Company has the right to acquire from Eagle Plains approximately 60% right, title and interest in the Goatfell Property. The Goatfell Property is located near Creston in the Province of British Columbia. The Company has also entered into a letter of intent with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (Eagle Plains), whereby the Company is granted the option to acquire approximately 60% interest in the Eagle Lake Property, which is located in Saskatchewan. The Company has applied to acquire a mineral exploration concession covering an area of approximately 640 square kilometers, which is located in Portugal. The Company does not have any revenues.
