Blackheath Resources Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on tungsten exploration and development in Portugal. The Company holds mineral interests in four properties in northern Portugal, which include Covas, Borralha, Bejanca and Vale das Gatas. The Covas property is located in the District of Viana do Castelo in the Province of Minho and consists of approximately 1,950 hectares in area. The Borralha property is located in the municipalities of Montalegre and Veira do Minho, and consists of over 127.5 square kilometers in area. The Bejanca property is located in the municipalities of Viseu, Vouzela and San Pedro do Sul, and consists of over 90 square kilometers in size. The Vale das Gatas property, located in approximately 210 square kilometers Vila Verde exploration license of over 100 kilometers east of Porto in northern Portugal.
