Grizzly Discoveries Inc. is an early-stage commodity exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of potash and diamonds on properties in Alberta, and various types of metals on properties in British Columbia. It holds interest in various areas, including over four precious metal properties in British Columbia, including the Greenwood Project and the French and Peak claims; the Alberta Potash Project consisting of wholly owned and a 50% owned mineral claim blocks in Alberta with a total land surface area of over 270,000 acres, and the Alberta Diamond Project, covering a land area of over 220,000 acres. Its Greenwood Project's mineral claim blocks include Dayton-Sidley Block, Rock Creek Block, Sappho Block, Motherlode Block and Overlander-Attwood Block. Its Alberta Potash Project is located in east central Alberta and consists of two owned claim blocks, the North (Lloydminster) Block and the South (Medicine Hat) Block.
