The Company’s product range includes various kinds of fresh meat and other meat products, such as cooked meats and sausages, as well as ready-to-eat products. The other products include, cheese, cremeries and pasta products, among others. It distributes its products to the wholesalers and through a network of 36 sale points situated in seven French regions: Alpes-Maritime, Var, Bouches-du-Rhone, Gard, Isere, Herault and Vaucluse. The Company is also involved in real estate activities like purchase and sale land, buildings and commercial centers, among others. As of December 31, 2012, the Company operates through subsidiaries, including Saprimex, Carnivor SARL, Chapelette SCI, Paca immo, Emilcost sarl, among others.
