Grupa Recykl SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the management of postconsumer waste, such as used tyres. The Company collects used tyres to produce rubber granulate utilized in a variety of industries. Additionaly, the Company offers recycling and recovery services related to used tires, and provides settlement of product charges for tyre producers and importers. The Company conducts its business activity through its subsidiaries: Recykl Organizacja Odzysku SA is responsible for waste tyre reprocessing and sale of the afterproduct, and Reco Trans Sp z o o is responsible for the collection of tyres on commission and offers transportation services to third parties, mainly transport of used tyres.
