The Company’s main business activities are structured into five divisions: Food, which includes the production, distribution and sale of ingredients and additives for the food industry; Chemical and Plastic Products, with a variety of generic chemicals, inorganic chemicals, specialty chemicals, plastic resins, special compounds and polymers used in the industrial and engineering sectors; Solvents and Coating, which provides specialty chemicals for the production of coatings and paints used in other industries; Lubricants, which distributes Shell lubricant brands, and Paper Products, which specializes in the production and distribution of a range of paper products, stationary and articles used in the graphic arts. On February 1, 2013, the Company formalized the acquisition of a 100% stake in Productos Quimicos Mardupol SA de CV and its affiliated companies.
