Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. is focused on the acquisition and exploration of precious metals located in the United States, Mexico and Guatemala. The Company's primary property is the Talapoosa gold deposit, which is a low-sulfidation gold-silver property in the Walker Lane gold trend of western Nevada, approximately 45 kilometers east of Reno. The property consists of approximately 510 unpatented lode mining claims owned by the Company, over 30 unpatented lode mining claims leased from Sierra Denali Minerals, approximately four additonal fee land sections leased from Sario Land and Livestock, over two additional fee land sections leased from Nevada Bighorns Unlimited Foundation and a portion of approximately one additional fee land section owned by American Gold Nevada. The Company's other exploration projects include Le Cecilia, which is located in the Sonora State, Mexico; La Gitana, which is located in Oaxaca State, Mexico, and El Escorpion, which is located in eastern Guatemala.
