Vietnam Investment Securities Company, formerly VNS Security Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based provider of investment services. It offers securities brokerage services, custody services, underwriting services and investment advisory services. The Company is also involved in securities dealing, as well as the provision of financial consulting services for corporate clients, such as listings, equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and equitizations. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 33.86% of the Company's revenue came from securities dealing and the provision of securities brokerage services. As of December 31, 2012, it had one affiliated company named Northern Electric Trade and Build, Investment Joint Stock Company (EBI.,JSC).
