Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the food processing industry. The Company manufactures, markets and distributes confectionery products, including biscuits, candies, soft cakes, crackers, wafers, jam, lollipops, snacks and others. It is also involved in the trading of raw materials, supplies and equipment for confectionery manufacturing activities. In addition, the Company is engaged in the development of residential, office and commercial buildings for lease. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a 51%-owned subsidiary of Vietnam National Tobacco Corporation (Vinataba), and it had two branches in Da Nang City and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, along with two factories.
