Hanoi Textile and Garment Corporation is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the textile industry. The Company mainly manufactures, markets and trades textile and garment products, and materials including cotton, chemicals and dyeing substances, as well as partially provides supporting services, such as warehousing, outsource training, and installation and maintenance of textile machinery. Its products comprise fibers, threads, denim fabrics and garments, which are exported overseas or mostly sold in Southern provinces. During the year ended December 31, 2006, revenue from fiber and garment contributed to approximately 80% of total income. Headquartered in Hanoi, the Company has three subsidiaries.
