Hayleys Fabric PLC, formerly Hayleys MGT Knitting Mills PLC, is a textile manufacturer in Sri Lanka. The Company is engaged in manufacturing knitted fabrics. The Company's product portfolio offers end to end solutions from knitting, dyeing, finishing, designing, developing, printing, brushing and sueding of both cotton and polyester-based fabric. The Company's fabric products consist of Single Jersey, Interlock, Pique, Rib, Fleece, Polar Fleece, Jacquard and Flat Knits. The Company's fabric mill owns a brand, inno. The inno range includes cross dyed colour magic, vertical knits, soaking cool, hybrid magic, butterfly creations and polka dots, which are used by various users for active wear, lingerie and sleepwear. Its approximately 35% production consists of polyester and polyester-based fabrics used in manufacturing sportswear and approximately 65% of the production consists of cotton and cotton-based fabrics, which are used in manufacturing Lingerie, baby wear and casual wear.
