Amaya Leisure PLC is engaged in the provision of management and marketing services to its subsidiaries and managing entities. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the operation of star class hotels, and providing services for management research and development of the hotel chain of the Company; servicing the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibition (MICE) market; promoting and providing facilities relating to eco-tourism, and provision of food, beverage, lodging and other hospitality industry related activities. The Company owns approximately three properties in Kandy, Dambulla and Passikudah. The Company's subsidiaries include Culture Club Resorts (Private) Limited, Kandyan Resorts (Private) Limited and Sun Tan Beach Resorts Limited.
