I Minerals Inc is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. It is engaged in the development of its Helmer-Bovill industrial minerals property (the Helmer-Bovill Property). The Company operates through the exploration of its resource property segment. The Helmer-Bovill Property consists of approximately 10 mineral leases totaling approximately 5,000 acres located approximately six miles southwest of Bovill, Latah County, Idaho. The Company's activities at the Helmer-Bovill Property are focused on developing the Bovill Kaolin Project and the WBL Tailings Project. The Bovill Kaolin Project is a strategically located long term resource of quartz, potassium feldspar (K-spar), halloysite and kaolinite formed through weathering of a border phase of the Idaho Batholith. It has completed over two diamond drill programs on the Helmer-Bovill Property for the Bovill Kaolin Project totaling approximately 20,000 feet.
