Foodco Holding PJSC, formerly Abu Dhabi National Foodstuff Company PJSC, is a United Arab Emirates-based public shareholding company primarily engaged in the import and distribution of foodstuff and household items. The Company also invests, develops and manages real estate and commercial enterprises. The Company focuses on the investment in or establishment of companies in the same line of business, and factories in the processing or canning of foodstuff, as well as engagement in all operations and investments in and outside the United Arab Emirates for the purpose of the Company’s business. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Oasis National Foodstuff Company LLC, which is active in foodstuff packing, and FOODCO LLC, which is engaged in wholesale distribution of foodstuff. It also has capital stakes in Foodco Bahrain WLL and Sense Gourmet Food Company PJSC.
