The Company’s operations are divided into four business areas: Household-Related Services, which is the Company’s principal service, Office Services, Health Care Services, and Laundry and Tailoring Services. The Company’s services include washing and ironing, cooking, window cleaning, gardening, clearing of snow, as well as pick up and drop off at daycare or school, among others. The Company is primarily active in Stockholm, Sweden, as well as in other Swedish cities. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries, namely HomeMaid i Goteborg AB, HomeMaid i Syd AB, Betjanten AB, Ing-Louise Serviceforetag AB, HEMIA Senior & Hemtjanst AB and Livskomfort i Ostergotland AB. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s largest shareholder was Betjanten Holding AB, which held 30.41% share capital.
