HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (HUD1) is a Vietnam-based company active in the construction industry. The Company is engaged in civil, infrastructure and industrial construction. It constructs residential and nonresidential buildings, water supply and sewerage systems, electrical structures, highways, warehouses and plants. The Company is also involved in the development of villas and new urban areas. In addition, it manufactures lumbers, wooden doors and frames, indoor and outdoor wood furniture, as well as centrifugal concrete sewer pipes. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 82.61% of its revenue came from construction business. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Housing and Urban Development Holdings (HUD), and it had two subsidiaries and one affiliate.
