Idico Corporation - Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based industrial conglomerate. The Company and its group companies operate in five segments. Under the first segment, it is engaged in the development and operations of various industrial zones, as well as industrial zone infrastructures trading and the provision of related services. Under the second segment, it is involved in hydroelectricity generation for sale. Under the third segment, the Company invests, constructs and develops build-operate-transfer (BOT) projects including ports, bridges and highway. Under the fourth segment, it is engaged in the construction of industrial zone infrastructures, housing properties, traffic structures, hydropower plants, nonresidential buildings such as schools, hospitals and offices, industrial buildings such as factories, as well as irrigational works. Under the final segment, the Company invest in housing and urban area projects in the southern region of Vietnam.
