Bayshore Petroleum Corp. is an oil and gas technology company. The Company is an early-stage energy company with bitumen and heavy oil upgrading technologies, and oil and gas assets in central Alberta. Its operations include the exploration and development of its petroleum and natural gas properties, as well as development of related energy technology applications, particularly bitumen and heavy oil upgrading to diesel. Its technologies include catalytic (chemistry) based upgrading technology, which when used in a pyrolysis vessel, can upgrade bitumen, heavy oil and other substances into distillate diesel fuel (and byproducts methane and petroleum coke), and a de-sulfuring technology that uses oxidation and ultrasonic technology to de-sulfur fluids, such as diesel fuel. The Company's properties include the Bigstone property, which is located in Township 61, Range 22 W5M in central Alberta and Kaybob property, which is located in Township 59, Range 18 W5M in central Alberta.
