Information and Networking Technology Joint Stock Company (INFONET) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the offering of information technology (IT) consulting services. It provides IT and telecommunications solutions, trades IT equipment and devices, as well as develops customized software. The Company is also involved in the provision of related services, such as installation services, computer repair and maintenance services and technology support. In addition, it is engaged in the trading of electronic consumer products, medical supplies, office equipment and household appliances. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had three subsidiaries engaged in IT, software and communications industries.
