IDI SCA is a France-based investment operator that is active in the French private equity market. The Company specializes in capital investments in France, such as leveraged acquisitions and private investments in public equity (PIPE), as well as mezzanine financing. It is also active in the purchase of secondary market portfolios and, abroad, the investments in emerging markets, as well as in the management of hedge funds, long short funds, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through subsidiaries, including Domosys Finance, IDI Emerging Markets, Idinvest Partners and Domaine Romaneira, among others. In June, 2013, it sold its stake in Groupe Sorgem. In February 2014, it acquired the majority stake in WINNCARE, a French designer and manufacturer of bed systems and anti-bedsore mattresses.
