Inter-Rock Minerals Inc. (Inter-Rock) is involved in the acquisition and operation of industrial minerals businesses. The Company is engaged in the production and marketing of high purity dolomite throughout the United States. Inter-Rock owns MIN-AD, Inc. (MIN-AD), Mill Creek Dolomite, LLC (Mill Creek), and Secret Pass Gold, Inc. (Secret Pass). It operates through three segments: MIN-AD, Mill Creek and Other. Mill Creek provides Inter-Rock with access to specialty markets for dolomite, principally the glass, roofing materials and aglime markets. MIN-AD mines, processes and markets a specialty dolomite for the dairy and beef cattle feed industry. Secret Pass holds two claim groups in historic mining districts of northern Nevada. Its Sentinel gold property is located in Humboldt County and consists of over 20 claims covering approximately 440 acres. The Company holds a group of approximately eight claims in the gold mining district of northwest Nevada (Varyville property).
