The Company’ segments include Hotel Operations, Real Estate Operations and Investment Transactions. Hotel Operations segment is engaged in the operation of the Hotel. Real Estate Operations segment is engaged in the operation of its multi-family residential properties. Investment Transactions segment is focused on the investment of its cash in marketable securities and other investments. The San Francisco Hotel Property is owned by the Justice Investors Limited Partnership (the Partnership) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Justice Operating Company, LLC. The Hotel is centrally located in the Financial District in San Francisco, one block from the Transamerica Pyramid. The Company’s investment in real estate consists of approximately 20 properties located throughout the United States, with a concentration in Texas and Southern California.
