Invex Controladora SAB de CV is a Mexico-based holding company engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the financial sector. The Company is a parent of Invex Grupo Financiero SA de CV, a group which comprises such controlled entities as Banco Invex SA, a banking institution; Invex Casa de Bolsa SA de CV, a brokerage house, and Invex Operadora SA de CV, an entity active in the management of investment companies. The Company’s subsidiaries also include Invex Infraestructura SAPI de CV. In addition, through Spira Servicios SA de CV, the Company offers consumer and commercial loans and is involved in the issuance of credit cards. The Company operates a network of offices located in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara and Queretaro, as well as a representative office established in Miami, the United States.
