As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated three subsidiaries, wholly owned Ipopema Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and Ipopema Asset Management, as well as 50.02%-owned Ipopema Business Consulting Sp. z o.o.
